IT Project Manager for SAPDOX project
Role: IT Senior Project Manager
Duration and allocation: 100% allocation for a period of 12 months. Option for the company to prolong from 3-12 month is mandatory.
Place of work is: Ballerup, on-site.

Tasks and Competencies required Tasks:

Identify and implement key actions to get back into control

Mobilize and build a high-performance culture on the project

Drive both collaboration and coherence with the overarching Business Programme

Team management (internal and with external suppliers)

Project planning and execution

Stakeholder management on all levels from team to steering committee

Status reporting to program, steering committee and other relevant governance boards

More about the project
SAP DOX is the name of the project that will contribute to the inspection readiness of SAP in the company. Deliverables include review, improvements and migration of SAP system documentation to be stored in SAP SOLMAN Solution Documentation. Further review and improve the IT Operating Model for SAP. The final goal is to have SAP System Documentation in a state and quality that is and remains inspection ready by any authority such as FDA, DKMA, etc. with processes, systems and an IT operating model to support this. As Project Manager for the SAP DOX project you will be responsible for driving decisions and getting a critical project on track. If you are an experienced project manager with a goal-oriented mindset this is the project for You.
